About the Role


  • Manage warranty process of submitting, tracking and resolving warranty claims;

  • Maintain records of warranty claims and relevant documentation;

  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with manufacturer guidelines;

  • Timely processing of documentation and claims;

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, dealerships and manufacturers and ensure clear communication throughout the warranty process;

  • Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures;

  • Problem solving by identifying and resolving discrepancies;

  • Draft and submit reports to management on claims, data and performance;

  • Analyse warranty data to identify areas of concern, areas of improvement and possible cost saving opportunities;

  • Manage the replacement of parts for warranty repairs;

  • Frequent follow up on claim result.
