About the Role

Position Summary

The Warehouse Training Instructor is responsible for delivering a structured, short-term training program designed to prepare incoming warehouse employees for immediate success in production operations. This role supports the development and execution of a 1–2week preparatory course focused on forklift certification and foundational Macola system training. The goal is to ensure all participants enter the warehouse fully certified, trained, and ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a structured Pre-Onboarding Academy program for new warehouse hires
  • Conduct forklift training, including coursework and hands-on practical road testing
  • Evaluate participant performance and determine certification readiness
  • Deliver Macola system training using a “Watch, Try, Do” methodology:
  • Guide trainees through instructional videos and live demonstrations
