Warehouse Team Manager – Northampton, Frozen Warehouse Operation (Sainsbury's)

This is a full‑time permanent role in our frozen warehouse operation, supporting Sainsbury's. You will manage and lead your own team, coaching, motivating and engaging them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.

Working any 5 days from 07:00 to 22:00.

Pay, benefits and more

Salary up to £33,280 per annum plus shift premium of £1.00 per hour on Saturdays, £1.50 per hour on Sundays, and £2.25 per hour after 18:00. You will also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
