Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll help guide a small team and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the supervision and coordination of a small team of warehouse operatives

  • Assist in organising daily tasks and workflow to maximise efficiency

  • Lead by example with picking, packing, and general warehouse duties

  • Help the team achieve daily targets while maintaining accuracy

  • Use and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for stock control and task allocation
