About the Role
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities, managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain suitable inventory levels.
- Work with the EHS department to achieve safety goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
- SAP knowledge (Required).
- Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.
- Knowledge of KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- English 50% proficiency.
- Ability to supervise and train new employees.
- Define and implement actions to reach 95% inventory accuracy.
