Experience working in warehousing and 3PL/4PL environments
Technologically Savy- able to understand and use supply chain software
Acute attention to detail - cargo verification and ability to spot and mitigate damages
Cargo Handling & Compliance
Verify cargo arrivals against shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of Warehouse
Receipts (WRs).
Ensure full compliance with TSA, Customs Border Protection (CBP), Hazmat, and partner
warehouse rules/regulations.
Perform quality control checks on cargo condition; escalate discrepancies (damage,
missing pieces) immediately.
Ensure all cargo is staged, docked, and scanned in a timely manner for efficient flow.
Close off all vendor buildings daily and verify compliance records are updated.
Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify the Global Logistics Team
immediately.
