As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing the activities on your shift, managing a team of warehouse colleagues, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach. The role will be working rotating shift patterns, any 5 days out of 7.

What does the role entail?

Leading a team of circa 250 colleagues through a First Line Manager and Team Leader structure.

Operational activities include inbound receiving, stock put-away, picking, despatch, returns and recycling.
