Warehouse Process Expert, Eu Ef Operations Excellence (Alcalá de Henares)

DESCRIPTION

This role requires extensive business travel within Europe (both EU and UK), up to 40% of the time and a valid driver's license for cars, as well as ability to rent cars in Europe (paid for by Amazon).

The EU External Fulfillment Team provides adaptable, externalized warehouse services for the Amazon network. We are looking for a motivated Outbound Subject Matter Specialist to join the Operations Excellence SMS team.

The SMS team are providing launch support services as well as performance improvement support for third party logistics (3PL) warehouses in Europe (UK and EU). The Subject Matter Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering on that mission.

Key job responsibilities

• Support the Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) manager in analyzing metrics from reports and dedicated resolution plans
