About the Role
Work Days
- Oversee daily operations to meet customer expectations and performance targets.
- Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors, Buyers, and other departments on deliveries, returns, and issue resolution.
- Monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency.
- Schedule and manage daily shopfloor deliveries.
- Train staff on outbound processes per company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse following 5S standards.
- Perform other warehousing or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
