Job Overview

We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our Day Shift team in Heston, Hounslow. If you thrive in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and have previous warehouse experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, stocking, inventory cycle counts, WMS updates.
• Scanning documents.
• Adhering to customer processes and KPIs.
• Following customer‑specific requests.
• Help to maintain stock accuracy levels above 98%.
• Aviation security compliance: adhere to aviation security requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment; experience of aircraft stores highly advantageous.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
• Self‑motivation: ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
