Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation. Your daily tasks will involve picking and packing customer orders in a large warehouse. The warehouse is an ambient temperature, and you will be given uniform to wear. A manager will direct your workload for the shift, and you will be given written and visual instructions to follow. You will be part of a larger team but most of the work activities will be completed on an individual basis.

A typical day may involve.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manual tasks, such as handling, loading and unloading.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• You are autistic.
• You are aged 18-25 at the start of the internship.
