Job Description

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly workload schedules for all regions distributed from our Brügg Distribution Center
• Analyze actual workload in comparison with planned resources, identify variances, and prepare proposals to address uncovered workload
• Ensure capacity planning is aligned with effective demand, proactively reporting any priorities or misalignments
• Monitor the progress of warehouse operations to ensure on‑time departure of orders in line with established shipping schedule
• Communicate in a proactive and efficient way at all levels internally with other departments
