Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the warehouse team responsible for receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Schedule and coordinate staff rotas to align with workload demands.
• Coach and develop warehouse team members to meet performance expectations and improve engagement.
• Ensure outbound orders are picked accurately and on time to meet workshop processing deadlines.
• Oversee the booking-in and bin-locating of returning equipment and ensure timely return to stock.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Maintain high standards of stock accuracy through perpetual and annual stock takes.
• Ensure stock security and oversee safe handling of equipment and warehouse plant.
