About the Role
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: Capricorn, Tea Plant
Cape Herb & Spice has grown from entrepreneurial roots into a global FMCG player, employing over 500 people and operating across three sites in Cape Town. Built on innovation and quality, we offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to join our Tea Plant team.
We are looking for a hands‑on, system‑driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate manufacturing and finished goods warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, blending, and dispatch.
Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
Ensure all inventory transactions are processed accurately in real time
Maintain stock accuracy and overall system integrity
Prepare for and supervise stock takes
Ensure warehouses are well organised, labelled, and compliant with standards
