About the Role
Job Description
- Leads and supervises the daily operation of Malaysia warehouse include receiving, put away and pick & pack to delivery to customers
- Oversees the warehouse requirement and guide the team on improvement in term of facility and operations.
- Manages and monitors the performance for the 3rd party transporter, ensuring SLA committed achieve and meeting customer RDD
- Continuously suggests ways to improve operations and reduce cost while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Leads the management & control of inventories by conducting physical counts and reconciling with inventory system.
- Ensures ESH procedures are implemented and comply the warehouse safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements pertaining to regulated items under the Poison Act.
