Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

This person will primarily be working in our warehouse (open bay with fans), assisting with inventory efforts within our CCTV/Pump Station Cleaning operational group. Could be outside working in or around our pole barn and storage areas. Could have some minor lifting (25-40lbs), would be provided PPE, uniforms, safety boots etc. for work environment. These are some general duties as well:

Inventory Tracking & Data Integrity

• Manage inventory of utility equipment and tools using (Maximo and/or Excel).
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliation of physical stock against digital records to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
• Monitor inventory thresholds and automatically alert designee/supervisor to request purchase requisitions for critical utility components to prevent project delays.
