About the Role

The Warehouse Control Center Specialist is responsible for the daily administration and optimization of our supply chain control center or visibility platform. They lead real-time monitoring of internal logistics activities, translate operational requirements into technical system settings, and provide front-line support to system users. The Warehouse Control Center Specialist is responsible for maintaining data integrity and driving supply chain resilience through predictive and proactive problem-solving and technical fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Drive, steer, monitor and control all intralogistics flows within the warehouse

  • Key-User & warehouse process specialist - Act as the first point of contact for all system and process-related issues within the Control Center environment (e.g., SAP, TMS, or WMS).

  • Monitor real-time logistics data, including status updates, to identify and resolve exceptions before they impact service levels.
