Warehouse Assistant - Inventory

We are currently looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our client in Wiri. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with data, has strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, and has a background in warehousing.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage Warehouse and Inventory Department operations to achieve performance targets.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts and reporting.
• Analyse stock movement, trends and warehouse performance data
• Work closely with warehouse operations
• Prepare regular inventory and KPI reports using Excel.
• Ensure inventory accuracy within the WMS and customer systems.
