Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Material Movement

• Transport Planning: Coordinate containerized and bulk cargo movement from ports (e.g., Khalifa Port) to warehouses or project sites, planning optimal logistics routes
• Multi-node Coordination: Manage inventory transfers between multiple warehouses to ensure timely Customer PO delivery
• Backload Management: Execute equipment and material backload and reuse according to project requirements
• Field Execution: Conduct daily on-site inspections at transport nodes, supervising loading/unloading, handovers, and exception handling
• Exception Handling: Lead OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged) investigations and ensure closed-loop resolution

2. Customs Compliance & Documentation

• Customs Clearance: Liaise with customs brokers and shipping lines to ensure import/export processes comply with UAE Customs regulations
