Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Uphold discipline, grooming standards and punctuality in line with Raffles and Outlet expectations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of LQA standards and ensure consistent compliance throughout service.
• Follow all LQA and Outlet service standards while maintaining maximum efficiency to deliver Service Excellence.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients and preparation methods to confidently describe dishes and provide informed recommendations through continuous learning and training.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of allergens and dietary requirements, strictly following established SOPs.
• Maintain full knowledge of bar operations, including coffee, tea and cocktails, ensuring high-quality standards of preparation and presentation.
