Waiter

A waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a dining establishment by taking food and beverage orders, delivering them to tables, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking skills, and a friendly attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Good memory for orders and menu details.
• Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, and carry heavy trays or equipment.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not always required.
