Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival
• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are cleaned and set up properly for new guests
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Upsell menu items to increase revenue
• Accept payment and make change accurately
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
