About the Role
- Senior member of the team in front‑to‑end execution of fund finance transactions (including sub‑ion finance and NAV finance) in Asia Pacific (ex‑Japan)
- Conduct due diligence, prepare credit applications (including financial models) and manage approval and closing processes
- Lead the team on the preparation of RFP proposals, term sheets and other loan documentation
