About the Role
**Position Overview**
The Vice President, Strategy reports to the SVP, Strategy and is responsible for supporting the Executive Leadership Team’s (ELT) strategic priorities supporting Burlington’s growth initiatives and business transformation. The direction and priorities for which, are set by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Merchandising Officer and Chief Operating Officer with input from, and consultation with, the ELT. In supporting these strategic initiatives across Burlington’s business units (BU), the Strategy team not only provides internal consulting resources but also ensures each BU’s strategic initiatives are consistent with and reinforce Burlington’s overall growth agenda. As a highly visible position in the organization with significant cross-functional interaction and communication with the C-suite and business unit leaders, the VP will support the ELT in making critical business decision that drive growth and profitability.
