- Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of RPA initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, governance, quality, and operational support of automation solutions.
- Lead the delivery lifecycle of RPA projects from initiation through deployment and hyper‑care.
- Collaborate with business units to understand automation requirements and priorities.
