Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
    • Lead and supervise the Procurement Operations team (KYV and PO issuance)
    • Allocate workload and ensure service delivery within agreed timelines
    • Provide guidance, training and performance management to team members
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
    • Act as escalation point for complex or exception cases
  2. Supplier Due Diligence (KYV Governance)
    • Oversee execution of KYV checks including AML, COI, adverse news, litigation and financial assessments
    • Review and approve KYV reports prior to submission to stakeholders
