About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
  • Build and mature international compensation frameworks to replace US-centric processes with scalable, globally consistent structures.
  • Drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics to automate compensation analysis and surface pay equity insights.
  • Establish a global compensation benchmarking program to identify market gaps and develop multi-year remediation roadmaps.
  • Partner with the CFO, FP&A, and Executive Leadership to design and administer base pay, short-term incentives, and RSUs.
  • Oversee the HR Analytics function to provide data-driven workforce insights for strategic decision-making.
