The Role
Lead our Growth team, which brings together product marketing, content and brand, growth marketing, and a BDR team (4–7 reports). Build a programmatic, measurable pipeline engine across ABM, events, content, and outbound. Own the systems, cadences, and accountability to ensure every channel and campaign yields maximum value from our ICP of Enterprise Accounts. You will be instrumental in helping us penetrate accounts that will drive scale and widespread adoption. Directly manage four Business Development Reps, coaching them into consistent performers and ensuring the team realizes the full value of upper-funnel investments.
