About the Role
This is a revenue-focused business development position responsible for securing funded workforce-development contracts and institutional partnerships. Your mandate is to open and close opportunities with government bodies, employment agencies, and training platforms that translate directly into revenue, delivery, and student outcomes.
This is not a purely relationship-management role.
Success is defined by funding won, contracts executed, and new partnerships activated.
Core Responsibilities
Primary: Revenue Acquisition
- Secure funded training contracts and revenue-generating workforce partnerships.
- Build and own a strong pipeline of RFPs, tenders, grants, and skills-training initiatives.
