VP, Asset Management (Hotel owner/operator)

This role serves as a key liaison between the Japan hotel team, the ownership group, and the corporate office, ensuring alignment on strategy, performance, and execution. The Asset Manager will monitor hotel performance, support property management oversight, and drive initiatives that improve profitability and long-term asset value.

Bilingual communication (English/Japanese) is preferred.

Location: Singapore / Travel to Japan as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary liaison among Japan hotel leadership (GMs/operations), ownership stakeholders, and the corporate office.

• Monitor and analyze hotel performance across financial and operating KPIs (Revenue, GOP, NOI, EBITDA where applicable, flow-through, labor productivity).
