Voice Network Engineer (ICS/CSD/CCH)

- 1-year Contract (Annual renewable)

- Mondays - Fridays 8.30 a.m.- 6 p.m.

• Setup & Maintenance of Cisco Unified Call Centre Managers, Voicemail systems/Gateways
• Capable to install, integrate, maintain, modify, improve, enhance and upgrade the hardware and software of the system
• Generate various monthly maintenance reports or incident reports whenever required
• Require to liaise with third‑party vendors and customers
• Responsible for timely support based on agreed Service Level Agreement

• Monday – Friday 8.30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• 24/7 only when required (including certain weekends and public holidays)

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP) certification is a must.
