About the Role
Liaise with VME Team, vehicle operations, engineering teams and suppliers.Lead the Stamping Single Panel feasibility process following the required metrics and timings for each loopDevelop 2D/3D Stamping ProcessRaise Purchase Orders etc. as required for Tooling and Facilities.Lead Die Design Reviews, tooling reviews and buyoff activities.Ensuring all tools being developed to reach maximum SPM (ECR) overcoming all possible interference that can be found.Support during launch phase to ensure Engineered Cycle Rate (ECR) achieved prior production handover.Compile and report LQOS (Launch Quality Operating System) metrics + attend all launch meeting cadencesBuy off tooling at supplier site, ensure timely in plant delivery timing allowing for robust launch and early PSW completion knowledge of FMEA/PFMEA methodologies and their applicationAssist all Launch and Sheet Metal quality activities.Support t...
