Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and campaigns aligned with brand tone.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies for growth.
• Manage community responses - comments, DMs, and interactions.

2. Video Creation & Editing

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Capture candid content during office hours, meetings, events, and select site visits.
• Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and platform best practices.
• Stay updated with social media video trends to produce fresh, relevant content.
