Sandwell Museum Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Visitor Services Assistant to support all aspects of the day to day running of our museum sites.

The post holder will deliver a high standard of customer care and public service to visitors of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

The post holder will join our busy creative team organising and delivering exciting events, activities to visitors, users, and the local community as well as setting up rooms and resources for users and activities and clearing away after use.

The post holder will gain knowledge about our buildings and collection and impart this to visitors and users through reception duties and room guiding, guided tours, hands on activities and costumed interpretation.
