Virtual Customer Service Professional (work from home) - Full-time

The hourly pay rate is $9.00 – $14.00 per hour, depending on experience and the company that you are assigned to. Must work minimum 25 hours per week; full-time hours available.

Responsibilities

• Resolve concerns or complaints related to your client.
• No Cold Calling, No Telemarketing, inbound calls only.
• You’ll make your own schedules
• Minimum 3+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Secondary education and/or some college is preferred
• Able to perform basic math skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
