Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to deliver excellent guest experiences by understanding and meeting expectations; you will handle calls and emails, ensuring bookings and requests are processed accurately and timely to exceed service standards.

Coordinate with internal departments to satisfy enquiries for RWS members and guests, and handle guest feedback in a professional manner. Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
