What You’ll Be Doing (VIP Manager)

  • Managing VIP players and acting as their main point of contact.
  • Communicating via Intercom, Telegram, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Monitoring player activity and engagement proactively.
  • Developing and executing retention strategies.
  • Handling complex cases (payments, withdrawals, bonuses, KYC, disputes).
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Payments, Risk, Support, QA, Product.
