+ You will be warm and welcoming, tailoring each guests experience to their unique tastes and you’ll create memories in line with the InterContinental Service Standards + Deliver elevated luxury experiences so guests receive an exclusive personalised experience + Ensure appreciated recognition is provided to our most exclusive guests + Acknowledge IHG Rewards members, InterContinental Ambassadors & returning guests, in person or on the phone + Stay one step ahead of guests' needs – record and act on preferences + Handle cash and credit card transactions + Swiftly check in and out guests – take ID’s, hand out room keys + Be a trusted contact for all guests.
