Villas & Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Al Sahraa Group in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations for company-owned villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, conducting inspections, and managing repair records.

With a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, candidates should possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a working knowledge of building codes. Fluency in English and Hindi is also required.
