We’re hiring a Video Lead to help shape the next generation of talent-led video and podcast content for a fast-growing digital media business.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone with a genuinely strong editing background and a sharp eye for social-first storytelling.

We’re looking for someone who understands how modern audiences consume content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Spotify video — someone who cares about pacing, visual identity, retention, emotion and making conversations feel visually engaging.

You’ll lead the visual direction across a slate of talent-led shows while still staying close to the edit yourself. This is not a role for someone who has moved too far away from the craft.
