Ride The Wave is a fast-growing organic lead generation company helping businesses drive sales through targeted posting in local Facebook groups. In under a year, we've scaled to nearly 100 active clients and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a seasoned, strategic, and hands‑on VP to serve as the organic marketing and client success leader of our team. This role will drive strategy, execution, and innovation across Facebook Group marketing and paid media while also owning client communication, retention, and satisfaction .

• Proven success using Facebook Groups for lead generation
• Experience in a senior‑level client success role , managing a large and diverse client roster
