Job Description
Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth opportunities through brand acquisition, franchising, licensing, distribution partnerships, and M&A activities.
Monitor global and local retail market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify emerging growth opportunities and high-potential brands.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands and business partners aligned with the organization's long-term strategic objectives.
Establish relationships with brand owners, principals, and strategic partners, leading commercial discussions and contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
