Must Have- 10 years of experience in international B2B sales preferably in travel hospitality or global distribution industries.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-region sales teams and meeting large-scale revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of B2B travel ecosystems (wholesalers OTAs DMCs aggregators).
- Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment with frequent travel requirements.
- Exposure to digital distribution XML connectivity and online reservation platforms is an advantage.
