About the Role
Join us as **Vice President, Naval** and be a member of our** Handling** leadership team! You will join our **Propulsion & Handling** division in **Kongsberg Maritime**. In this role you will take the lead in securing growth in the larger naval super cycle. You will be managing our naval specific products in handling.
In this role, you will contribute to formulating the business strategy and ensure its execution for your product segment. You will be accountable for profit and loss through strategic leadership of product management, engineering, and delivery, which includes project management, procurement, and supply chain. You need to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a growing, diversified and profitable portfolio.
