About the Role
Job Purpose
AssisttheHeadofBMTOoverseeingstrategictransformationprogrammes,includingcreation,executionandimplementationofstrategicplanswithclearmaterialbenefitsandvaluesalignedwithCIMBGroupConsumerBanking’sheadlinestrategy.
Key Responsibilities
AsmiddlemanagementoftheBMTOteam,theindividualisexpectedtoplayanintegralroleandleadin:
- DrivethedevelopmentofmacrostrategiesandroadmapforGroupConsumerBanking,includingoversightofaportfolioofstrategicprogrammesandplayinganinfluentialroleoverprojectoutcomes,workingcloselywithkeyprojectstakeholdersincludingprojectdirectorsandmanagers.
- Driveinitialisationandmobilisationofkeystrategicprojects,includingdevelopmentofproperprojectobjectives,timelines,costsandresources
- Engagingregionalandcountryheadstosupportthedevelopmentandgrowthoftheirrespectivedepartments’strategicintentandgoalswithtimelyandeffectiveimplementationofselectedstrategicprojectsforthevariousdepartmentwithinCIMBGroupConsumer...
