Overview

We have exciting plans to grow our modern, busy practice in the riverside town of Maidstone. This is a forward‑thinking, experienced Veterinary Surgeon role where you can bring your ideas to life and fully utilise your existing skills while continuing to develop.

Position & Hours

Full or Part Time, up to 40 hours per week, inclusive of paid lunches and weekends. The practice follows a 1 in 3 weekend rota on a fair basis, with minimal sole charge and no out‑of‑hours responsibility to support a strong work/life balance.

Responsibilities Manage routine surgical and medical cases. Build strong relationships with patients, clients, and the wider team. Collaborate with both clinical and non‑clinical staff. Support and encourage further learning, including postgraduate qualifications and CPD. Qualifications Veterinary surgeon with at least 3 years qualified.
