Job Overview

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with insurance requirements for multifamily properties by verifying resident insurance policies, maintaining accurate records, and conducting outreach for non-compliant residents.

We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week with standard business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST). When working remotely, you must have access to a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. Occasional flexibility may be required for cross-time zone collaboration. This role is based in the Cape Town office.
