Vendor Reporting & Operations Specialist Dubai (Temp Role for 6 months)

As a Vendor Reporting Specialist on a temporary contract, you will be responsible for ensuring vendor reporting is performed timely, accurately, and in line with vendor and Ingram Micro compliance policies.

Ingram Micro’s Marketing team is responsible for reporting campaigns and activities across the META region. The Vendor Reporting Specialist works closely with internal teams that are data entry points to ensure data quality.

• Submit vendor reports (POS and inventory) on time and as per required frequency.
• Monitor report submission success rate and, in case of rejections, highlight the issue, coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and vendors, and resubmit the report.
• Monitor claim rejections and correct them.
• Perform claim reconciliation and get sign‑off from Finance.
