Vehicle Invoice and Claims Administrator

Overview:

We are recruiting for an experienced vehicle invoicer to effectively and efficiently process the Company’s Retail Administration (Dealerships) in a timely manner

Required knowledge & experience:

Vehicle Retail Administration Knowledge

Warranty administration knowledge

Technical components knowledge

Knowledge of manufacturers book times

Dealership experience

Main Tasks:

To carry out the Central Department’s retail invoicing efficiently, focusing on RTC Tipton’s customers

To understand Warranty / National contract procedures

Create pro forma’s from work instruction to obtain order numbers before invoicing

To understand relevant systems relating to the Central Admin dept. including changes and on-going developments.
