About the Role
1. Value evidence generation (PHI & CEA)
• Lead the generation of policy-relevant value evidence for adult vaccines, including Public Health Impact (PHI) and Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA)
• Conduct budget impact and scenario analyses aligned with National Immunization Program (NIP) decision criteria
• Ensure all analyses meet the required standards for government health economic submissions
• Oversee stepwise local adaptation of global economic models, including:
– Review of global models and assumptions
– Exploratory simulations in the Korean context
– Local adaptation using Korean epidemiology, cost, and utility inputs
• Collaborate with external academic partners and internal Medical/HEOR teams
2. Access strategy development
• Develop evidence‑based access strategies for adult vaccines by integrating:
